Kelly Ann McKnight - MBA, BSc, Author, Founder - StoneRidge Consulting

Kelly Ann is a certified Master Facilitator, author, speaker, and personal development professional. She founded StoneRidge Consulting in 2000 and has worked with private and public firms, government organizations, and not-for-profits providing training and development services in the areas of leadership, management development, behavior profiling, and team development.

Kelly Ann also holds an MBA and is a certified facilitator for The Leadership Challenge®, Everything DiSC®, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Facet5, and MBTI®. Kelly Ann recently published a new book on resilience titled The Resilience Way and also facilitates and coaches teams and individuals on resilience and how to overcome challenges in life and in the workplace.

Prior to founding StoneRidge Consulting, Kelly Ann held various roles in sales and marketing at Dow AgroSciences, BASF, and Cyanamid where she led database marketing teams. She has a deep understanding of the corporate environment and what it takes to build and lead a sustainable enterprise.

George Pinho - PhD, MBA, Partner - StoneRidge Consulting

George is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in senior management roles in engineering, business development, strategic planning, and executive management at medium to large hi-tech companies.

Prior to joining StoneRidge Consulting, George was an executive at Christie Digital Systems for 18 years. He led the team that pioneered the development of digital cinema projection from 2001-2005 helping to transform the industry from film-based projection to digital technology. In 2010, George launched Christie’s medical division and became President of Christie Medical Holdings, a global company focused on solving venous access problems. As President, he saw business strategy and cultivating high- performing staff and teams as important keys to sustaining growth which helped the company to double in size within a few years. George sold the company in 2019 and stepped down from Christie Digital Systems to join StoneRidge Consulting as a Partner.

George holds a Ph.D. in Physics and an MBA and is a Distinguished Alumni of the Faculty of Science at the University of Waterloo. At Stone Ridge Consulting, George focuses on leadership and team development, as well as, strategic planning consulting.

Shelley Spies is a transformational leadership coach, dedicated to helping business owners, leaders, and teams unlock their full potential.
